As a lifelong athlete, I developed an early interest in health and nutrition. While competing in college, I delved into nutrition and public health coursework, growing passionate about finding ways to improve the health and well-being of others.

After more than a decade working in public health and medicine, I felt called to shift my focus to one-on-one coaching. I wanted to help women address the common health struggles I saw around me—hormonal imbalances, PCOS, infertility, gut issues, autoimmune conditions, weight loss resistance, and more. This transition was also deeply influenced by my own health journey. Through working with an integrative health practitioner, I was able to uncover the root cause of my symptoms—mold toxicity—which had been contributing to gut imbalances, immune dysfunction, and systemic inflammation. Without personalized health coaching and functional lab testing, I never would have discovered this underlying issue that set me on my healing journey.

This transformative experience sparked my passion for functional medicine and inspired me to pursue a certification as an integrative health practitioner. Now, I am excited to share the knowledge I’ve gained with you to help you become your healthiest, most empowered self.
